By using aisejio.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Aisejio provides AI solutions, custom software, website development, digital marketing and related services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in individual project agreements.

Payment

• Fees are payable as per the invoice issued for each engagement.
• Standard payment terms are 50% advance, balance on delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

Intellectual property

• Upon full payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client, except for pre-existing code, libraries, tools and IP developed independently by Aisejio.
• Aisejio retains the right to use anonymized case studies of the work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Warranties & liability

We do our best work but cannot guarantee specific business results. Aisejio's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.

Confidentiality

We treat any non-public information you share as confidential and don't share it with third parties without your consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 15 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination are payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
